We know you're waiting for your stuff and we're just as excited for you to get it as you are.

But—and we can't stress this enough—we have to ask you to wait a little longer. That's because the world is kinda dealing with some stuff right now. And while it sucks to have to wait, we promise you it's worth it.

So, while we ship your items in a timely manner, we can't control what happens after they leave us.

We're also making sure to wipe down the boxes with sanitizing wipes (not just disinfectant spray), so that you know your package is germ-free!

EUROPEAN & UNITED STATES ORDERS should arrive between 5-12 business days. Due to high-demand, shipping times will take longer than usual.

OTHER COUNTRIES Please expect your orders to take around 10-14 business days. Every country has different customs process and your item may be held up for a while. Please contact your local shipping service if you believe that your item is being held in customs.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 7-day cancellation period starts the day the goods are in the physical possession of the consumer (or when the last item in the order is in the possession in the case of multiple goods). Weekends and public holidays are included in the 7 days. However, the cancellation period expires at the end of the following working day if the end of the 7 days falls on one of those days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Dependent on the item, returns for non-defective issues may cost the shipping price.

exchange are only available for orders in the UK, US and AU orders are only eligible for refunds and cancellations. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.

Cancellations
After making an order, the orders are processed after a two hour period which means that after that point we are unable to cancel orders

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On receipt of the returned goods, or confirmation that they have been sent by the consumer, we will refund within 14 days, if it is found that the consumer handled the goods beyond what is necessary in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (typically as they would be handled in a retail shop), and if this diminishes the value of the goods by any amount, then we can make a claim against the returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We also do not cover the cost of returns
